I cannot say enough about SERVPRO. From the first day when I called for help with the water damage in my home to the day they brought my contents back, they have been kind, professional, and thorough. My first contacts were Justin, Alex, and Samantha. They guided me through what they were going to do to get my home dried out, how they would pack up my home, and the process of dealing with my insurance. I was informed when people were in the home as well, which made me fell secure and safe. Joanne and her team of Patricia, Eduardo, Arturo, Hector C., Josh, and Jaime packed up the contents of my home with care and delivered them back equally with care. The office staff is equally gracious every time I go in (Sandra and the receptionist). I am so grateful to SERVPRO for their amazing service during a very difficult time. Five stars is not enough!

Joanne, Arturo, Rain, Hector and Eduardo were all efficient and professional. 

Had to call the On Call team out to start the dry up of our flooded kitchen. The teams that came out were amazing, Not only were they quick to get working they were super friendly. All the crews that came out to either check on the drying process or the equipment were courteous and willing to work around our schedules. I would like to call out Eli, Hugo, Abe, Jorge, Carlos, Hector, and Richard for the fantastic work and professionalism. Now that the work has completed I miss seeing them. Joel and his crew came in and were a true pleasure to work with. Joel was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. He is a true asset to his team. He was kind to my guests and easy to work with, and I would definitely ask for him specifically if possible.

They were so very careful and courteous when moving are things out of our home and when they came back same care was taken. A team of seven people worked at our site yesterday. They were skilled, efficient and effective. Our possessions were impacted by a car fire in the next parking spot which meant we had water, smoke and soot damage. A large compliment to Ninoska, Katy, Arturo, Hector, Cinthya, Ely and Kenischa. 

SERVPRO was very fast to respond (same day). Their employees (Hugo, Carlos, and Jorge) were very conscientious, reliable, thorough, and meticulous in their work. They were professional, friendly and very reassuring. We felt in very good hands during this whole process.

Water and sewage damage at University of Puget Sound. We needed clean up and removal of damaged areas in restrooms and mail room hallway. SERVPRO responded immediately and completed work quickly. I had a leaking water pipe inside my wall and my wall and carpet were wet, damaged, and had some mold growth. They took care of it all. They called before coming, were on time, were friendly, professional, and got it all taken care of. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. JJ, Eduardo, Kimberly, Victor, and Jarad were the crew that came out and I can't say enough good things about them. They deserve this 5 star review!

I used SERVPRO to dry out my walls and flooring after a roof leak. All of the technicians were friendly and constantly made sure that the machines were checked on throughout the drying process. I worked closely with Ayana Brown and she was awesome! She constantly kept in touch and was always able to answer my questions. Her work is very thorough and I'd recommend her to anyone that needs any SERVPRO services.

Lucas did an excellent job assessing our situation. He mobilized his crew led by Roberto. I have never been so impressed as I was with the professionalism and courtesy with which Roberto approached our water damage. He was always prompt and even if he showed up early he and his crew would wait and respect the schedule he set up with us. Roberto paid particular attention to our home by covering everything and placing paper on the floors. All work areas were kept very clean and all debris taken away. I thought it was great that Roberto took the time with his crew to make sure they knew what was expected and he would also take the time to educate them not just give instructions. Overall, our experience with SERVPRO of Puyallup was stellar and we would highly recommend Lucas, Roberto and their crew to help with anyone put in a crisis situation with water damage.

I had water damage in my home. SERVPRO sent a team including Roberto (lead), Dave, and Jacob . They were fantastic. The team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. They did a great job for me, called me regularly, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I highly recommend them and wish that everyone who has worked in my home over the years would have given me the excellent service that these gentlemen did.

I highly recommend SERVPRO for emergency water removal. From start to finish it has been a reassuring experience handled by professional employees. The project manager, Lucas, is extremely knowledgeable and easily communicated the purpose of everything that he was doing in assessing the level of damage. SERVPRO is lucky to have such a talented, personable, employee representing their company. I was also impressed with Zack and Jacob M who were super considerate men and very, very hard workers. SERVPRO of Puyallup responded within 1 hour to my to my flooded basement on a Saturday near Lake Tapps. Antonio and Jason were efficient , quick and really nice. The mitigation to the water damage was addressed and it was all dry in three days. No Mold got started due to their quick work.

Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO of Puyallup/Sumner after we had roof damage that caused a leak into our bedroom. We worked with Project Manager Matt Thew and he did a great job! He explained the entire process thoroughly and we knew what to expect from his team. The techs Steve and Nate also were great, very friendly and professional! They delivered the equipment and came out twice to check the moisture levels during the drying process. We highly recommend SERVPRO!
